4.1 Object Storage​

Purpose​

Provide a distributed, scalable, and high-performance object storage solution for cloud applications.

Technology Used and Macro Operation​

Implementation of distributed storage systems with geographic replication and high availability.

Hardware Requirements for Machines Dedicated to Storage​

  • Servers with high storage capacity
  • High-speed network connectivity
  • Hardware redundancy to ensure reliability

Storage Configuration Requirements​

  • Cluster configuration for high availability
  • Management of replicas and data distribution
  • Performance monitoring

4.2 Database: Mariadb, PostgreSQL, MSSQL, MongoDB​

Purpose​

Offer database-as-a-service with various technological options to satisfy different use cases.

Implementation of high-availability database clusters with automatic replication and backup.

Hardware Requirements for Machines Dedicated to Database Clusters​

  • Servers with CPU and memory resources optimized for databases
  • High-performance storage (SSD/NVMe)

  • Configuration for high availability and disaster recovery

4.3 Adding Openstack as Hypervisor​
